Thank you for shopping at Earl and Ethel! All of our products are custom-made and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.
Processing Time
All Earl and Ethel products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days of purchase. This processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Times
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–20 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and product ordered. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If still missing, contact us at info@mustardstainmedia.com.
