Mickey & Minnie Giveaway

When we were at Disney last week, we couldn't walk past these two without thinking of all of you. You've pulled up a chair on our porch, laughed right along with us, and made this whole thing feel like family. So we picked up a little something to say thank you: one Mickey and one Minnie, each looking for a good home.

There will be two winners, one figure each. Just pick the one you'd like to win. Ethel already knows which one she'd pick. Earl says he's "not a mouse person," but he's the one who carried the shopping bag all the way back to the car.

The Short Version

One Disney Mickey Mouse articulated figure and one Disney Minnie Mouse articulated figure (approximate retail value $25 each). There will be two winners, and each one gets the figure they chose. Shipping is free.
Who can enter
Legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older. Sorry, friends outside the U.S. — Earl checked, and the post office said no.
How to enter
Fill out the entry form and choose Mickey or Minnie. Limit one entry per person and per household (same mailing address). Entering twice won't double your luck. It'll just get you disqualified, and Ethel will be very disappointed in you.
Entry deadline
Starts October 19, 2026. Entries must be received by November 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
How winners are picked
On or about November 4, 2026, two random drawings: one from all eligible entries that chose Mickey, and one from all eligible entries that chose Minnie. Winners are notified by email. No favorites, no funny business.

A note from Ethel: The lawyers made us write the official part. I added the translations so you don't doze off halfway through. If my version and the official version ever disagree, the official one wins. Earl would like it on the record that he read every word. He did not.

1. Sponsor

The Earl & Ethel Mickey & Minnie Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Mustard Stain Media LLC, doing business as Earl & Ethel ("Sponsor"), PO Box 236, Acworth, GA 30101, info@mustardstainmedia.com.

Ethel's translation: That's us. Same porch, fancier name.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Giveaway is void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor, and the members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and households, are not eligible.

Ethel's translation: You need to be a grown-up living in the U.S. We love our friends overseas, but the post office gave Earl a look. And if you work for us or live with somebody who does, you'll have to sit this one out. Yes, Earl, that means you.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 19, 2026 when the entry page is posted at earlandethel.com and ends on November 2, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. Entries received after the Giveaway Period ends will not be accepted.

Ethel's translation: Get your entry in by midnight Eastern on November 2. Not 12:01. I'm watching the clock, and Earl is watching me.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit the Giveaway page on earlandethel.com during the Giveaway Period and complete the entry form. You must provide your full name, email address, and U.S. mailing address; select the one figure you would like to win (Mickey Mouse or Minnie Mouse); confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements; and agree to these Official Rules. A phone number is optional.

Ethel's translation: Fill out the form, pick your mouse, check the boxes. No purchase, no fee, no catch.

5. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per household. A "household" means all people who share the same residential mailing address. If more than one entry is received from the same person, email address, or household, only the first eligible entry received will count, and all later entries will be void. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who attempts to enter more than once, uses more than one name or email address, provides false information, or enters by any automated means. Incomplete entries and entries that do not follow these Official Rules are void. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof that Sponsor received it.

Ethel's translation: One entry per person and one per household. If Earl and I both entered, only one of us would count, and we all know it'd be me. Entering twice won't double your chances. It'll just get you disqualified.

6. Choosing a Figure

Each entrant selects one figure on the entry form. An entry is eligible only for the drawing for the figure the entrant selected. A selection cannot be changed after the entry is submitted.

Ethel's translation: One person, one mouse. Once you hit Enter, your pick is locked in, so no switching sides at the last minute. Earl tried that at a church potluck once. We don't talk about it.

7. Prizes

Two (2) prizes will be awarded, one to each winner:

  • Mickey Mouse prize (1): one (1) Disney Mickey Mouse articulated figure. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $25.
  • Minnie Mouse prize (1): one (1) Disney Minnie Mouse articulated figure. ARV: $25.

The total ARV of all prizes is $50. Sponsor will ship each prize free of charge to the winner's verified mailing address in the United States. Prizes are new retail products, and their actual appearance may differ slightly from the images shown. Prizes are awarded "as is." Any warranty is provided only by the manufacturer, and Sponsor makes no warranty of any kind. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of a prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes on a prize are the winner's sole responsibility. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.

Ethel's translation: One Mickey, one Minnie, two winners, and we pay the shipping. No, you can't trade it in for cash. Earl already asked.

8. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about November 4, 2026, Sponsor will hold two (2) separate random drawings: one from all eligible entries that selected Mickey Mouse, and one from all eligible entries that selected Minnie Mouse. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the figure the entrant selected. If no eligible entries select a particular figure, Sponsor may award that figure by random drawing from all remaining eligible entries that did not win a prize. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final.

Ethel's translation: Picture two hats: one full of Mickey fans and one full of Minnie fans. We pull one name from each, completely at random. Nobody gets special treatment, not even the folks who leave Earl nice comments.

9. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

Sponsor will notify each winner by email at the address provided on the entry form within three (3) days after the drawing. Winners do not need to reply or take any other action to receive a prize. Sponsor will ship each prize to the mailing address provided on the winner's entry form within approximately four (4) weeks after the drawing. Entrants must provide their true, complete, and current residential mailing address. Entries that include a false, fictitious, incomplete, or undeliverable address are void, and Sponsor may verify a winner's address, age, and residency before shipping a prize. A winner who has moved since entering may email a corrected address to info@mustardstainmedia.com, which Sponsor may accept in its discretion. If a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if a prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for that figure. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Ethel's translation: If you win, we'll send you an email to let you know, and then your prize goes straight in the mail to the address on your form. No forms, no hoops, nothing to send back. Just make sure it's your real address, because that's where your mouse is headed. A fake one won't win you a thing except my disappointment, and believe me, that's worse than not winning. Moved since you entered? Drop us an email.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor may announce each winner's first name, last initial, and state on earlandethel.com and on Sponsor's social media accounts. Sponsor will not otherwise use a winner's name or likeness without the winner's permission.

Ethel's translation: If you win, we may brag about you a little: first name, last initial, and state. That's all.

11. Privacy

Sponsor uses the information you provide to run the Giveaway, verify eligibility, select and notify winners, and ship prizes. Entering the Giveaway does not subscribe you to Sponsor's marketing emails. Sponsor does not sell entrant information. For more information, see Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Ethel's translation: We use your information to run the giveaway and mail your prize. That's it. No sneaky newsletter signup, and we never sell anybody's information.

12. General Conditions and Release

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical, network, or computer failures of any kind. If fraud, a technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and may award prizes by random drawing from among eligible entries received before the event that required the action.

Ethel's translation: Play fair, and understand that we're not responsible if your new mouse doesn't get along with the cat. If the internet breaks or somebody cheats, we may have to change plans.

13. No Affiliation with Disney or Social Media Platforms

This Giveaway is sponsored solely by Mustard Stain Media LLC. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated or affiliated with, The Walt Disney Company, Disney Parks, or any of their affiliates. Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse are trademarks of Disney, and they are used here only to identify the prizes. The prizes are retail products that Sponsor purchased with its own funds at a Disney theme park and is giving away. This Giveaway is also not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform. Entrants release each of these companies and platforms from any liability relating to the Giveaway.

Ethel's translation: We were at the park, we saw these two, and we thought of you. We paid for them just like anybody else would, and now we're giving them away. Disney didn't ask us to do this and isn't running it, and neither is Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. It's just us, a shopping bag, and Earl complaining about how far we parked.

14. Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia.

Ethel's translation: We're Georgia folks, so Georgia rules apply.

15. Winners List

To request the names of the winners (first name, last initial, and state), email info@mustardstainmedia.com with the subject "Giveaway Winners," or mail your request to Mustard Stain Media LLC, PO Box 236, Acworth, GA 30101. Requests must be received by December 31, 2026.
